Andrew RiggManaging Director
Drawing on over twenty-years of business and facilities industry experience, Andrew is the major shareholder and Managing Director of MAR Services. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the business and its day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on leading the team to help ensure that we retain the culture, values and standards that our clients have come to expect from us. Andrew is very passionate and remains involved with a number key clients. In his spare time he is particularly active, be it taking on the challenge of climbing Kilimanjaro or participating in one of his many cycling adventures.
David AherneExecutive Director
David’s considerable knowledge of the Facilities and Estate Management sectors has been established via a number of senior management roles over the past twenty five years. These include direct responsibility for public and private contracts in high secure environments, with a value of up to £45m per annum. David has overall responsibility for ensuring the consistent and professional delivery of the company’s services to its wide range of existing clients. This includes not only the customer facing Operations team but also the background functions that contribute to and support the MAR vision of continued growth and development. A proud and committed family man, David also counts rugby, golf and music amongst his non-work passions.
Jackie RatcliffeProjects Manager
Jackie has been a cornerstone of MAR Services since joining the business in 2001 and has been instrumental in the company’s impressive growth in the intervening years. In her role as Projects Manager, Jackie’s experience and in-depth knowledge of the organisation is invaluable, as she strives to continually improve the company’s overall efficiency levels and ensure that MAR Services is ideally placed to exploit the bright future that lies ahead. Outside of MAR, Jackie is a proud and doting Mum of two ‘little angels’ and a keen and regular attendee at a local Zumba class.
Ewa SkorekHR & Quality Assurance Manager
Ewa is a dedicated and technically skilled business professional with a versatile personnel, management and administrative support skill set developed through experience as a HR & Office Manager and Operations Administrator within facilities management industry. Ewa is currently in her final year of a Master’s Degree in Law and is therefore familiar with all aspects of current legislation.
Vicky SmithFinancial Controller
Having started her career in a local accountancy practice, Vicky joined MAR Services in 2007 as our Financial Controller. During her time at MAR Services, Vicky has been involved in implementing various new systems and procedures which have contributed to the development of the Company. Her attention to detail is vital in running a smooth and efficient accounts department and maintaining the high standards we aspire to achieve as a company.
Kevin BleeSales & Marketing Manager
Kevin has a wealth of commercial experience gained from a range of fast moving, highly competitive service industries. These include senior sales and marketing roles in the fields of entertainment, sport, retail and car rental. With an ethos and a passion that is truly customer centric, he is ideally placed to spearhead the company’s ambitious business growth plans over the coming years, as it aims to both extend its range of services and widen its customer base. Outside of MAR Services, Kevin can be found developing football talent as an FA qualified coach and deputy Chairman of a long established local youth football club.
Sheldon AmosBusiness Development Manager
Sheldon has extensive industry experience of working in the facilities sector, which he has done for the best part of a decade. His particular forte is in the world of commercial cleaning contracts, where there’s very few challenges that he has not encountered and successfully dealt with. Outside of his work life, Sheldon is a sport lover – especially Rugby and really enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his family and friends.
Victoria AllenBusiness Support Manager
As the head of our Business Support team, Victoria has a vital role to play in ensuring that continuity of service to our various clients is maintained, wherever they may be located. Effectively operating as an office-based Regional Manager, Victoria also oversees our Periodics team and is a key cog in the well running of the MAR Services machine. In her spare time, Victoria likes to spend time with her family and Bailey – her beautiful yet mischievous French Bulldog – and spends many a long hour (unsuccessfully!) trying to exhaust him via lengthy walks around Hampshire.
Alix BramwellRegional Manager - South East
Alix has extensive venue management experience and has run several high profile sites across the South East. Over the past 10 years he has built up expertise on all aspects of Facilities Management including cleaning, security, catering, health and safety and event management. Alix is SIA qualified and was contracted as a consultant for a world renowned garden attraction in London. He has a warm, inclusive style of management and builds strong teams that deliver to the highest standards. In his spare time, Alix helps to run a charity that raises funds for an educational project in Ghana.
Solvita TaboreRegional Manager
Solvita brings great operational experience and manages our many of our London contracts. She is originally from Latvia and speaks fluent Spanish too. She is supported by a great team of Area and Site Superviors and operatives.
Gary MardelRegional Manager
Although he originally trained and qualified as a carpenter/joiner, Gary has long since send goodbye to a world of saws and chisels. Having subsequently developed a long and successful career in the Facilities world, he has worked on numerous prestigious FM contracts in the past, including the MOD and the Metropolitan Police and thus brings a wealth of experience to MAR Services. When not looking after our clients in the central London region, Gary can often be tracked down in South West France, where he has a second home and can pursue his passion for fly fishing.
Gail GrahamRegional Manager
Gail has recently joined the MAR team and brings with her a wealth of FM experience after being involved with a number of prestigious, blue chip FM contracts and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. When she is not at work, she loves to spend time with her family and friends.

Yampier (or JP as he is known in the corridors of MAR) is responsible for the day-to-day operations and well-being of several of MAR’s prestigious clients based in central London. With several years of FM experience under his belt, JP is the epitome of providing customer excellence. In his leisure time, JP loves nothing better than keeping fit via a game of football or tennis.
June RobertsonArea Manager
June is in her second stint with MAR Services having previously worked for the business for over 11 years in the early part of the millennium. She returned to the business in early 2018 after a 3 year break and has picked up where she left off, working tirelessly in support of her clients. In her spare time, June enjoys seeing her friends and family and has even been known to enjoy a spot of Bingo!
Kim BennArea Manager
As one of our Area Managers based in London, Kim is very much a ‘square peg in a square hole’ having been born and bred in the metropolis and a self-confessed lover of the capital city. Kim thrives on the varied range and type of clients that she looks after and revels in the fast-pace of city life. Outside of work, Kim is a bit of a culture vulture, enjoying visiting art galleries and museums, alongside a love of photography and writing poetry.
Amanda Fox-GoldsteinAccount Manager
Like June, Amanda is on her second stint with MAR. Having left the company back in 2015, Amanda has returned to spearhead our new extended relationship with various clients. In her free time, Amanda loves to walk her adorable French Bulldog called Tilly who, after a recent visit to Head Office, has definitely won the hearts of many!
Jorge ChambaArea Manager
Based in Central London, Jorge is truly customer centric in his outlook, looking after a key set of prestigious MAR clients in the capital. When not going the extra mile for his clients, Jorge has a passion for travel and likes to keep fit by lacing up his football boots. He is also a fluent Spanish speaker.
